Your role and impact:
As a CRM Marketing Intern, you’ll strengthen our Marketing team and work directly in our CRM (HubSpot). You’ll help streamline processes, improve data quality, and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales and partner management.
No coffee runs, no basic Excel lists, you're fully involved in marketing automation, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth.
What will you do?- Working in our CRM to optimize data, workflows, and processes
- Contributing ideas for smart automations and improvements in the customer journey
- Testing, documenting, and fine-tuning new processes
- Working on projects together with marketing, sales, and IT
- Assisting ad hoc with ongoing growth projects
What will you learn?
- Working with HubSpot (experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- How marketing, sales, and tech collaborate across a unified funnel
- How to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- How to design and automate smart workflows
- What it’s like to operate in a fast-growing scale-up with plenty of room to make an impact
What you bring:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Commercial Economics, Marketing, Data, Business)
- You are analytical, curious, and detail-oriented
- You enjoy improving systems and processes
- You’re not afraid to ask questions and you learn quickly
- You don’t need to know everything already, motivation outweighs experience!

- An internship allowance of €350 per month
